Hip Rotators, Internal

The Internal Hip Rotator muscles are located in the buttocks region and lateral hip.  Their names are:

1) Gluteus Medius
2) Gluteus Minimus
3) Tensor Fascia Lata

Their function is to rotate the front of your thigh inward, toward the midline of your body, as shown in Figures 2a and 2b below: mm hip internal
